The Children’s Surgery National Applied Research Hospital took part in the International Spesialised Exhibition Mir Detstva (The World of Childhood), placed information materials about prevention of corrosive burn of esophagus and debrides in gastrointestinal tract in children for parents and nursary-school teacherson the stand of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus .

Information booklet on prevention of surgical conditions was specialy printed for the Exhibition.

A seminar on non-hazardous world of early childhood (preventive measures for children injuries, debrides in gastrointestinal tract and corrosive burn of esophagus) addressed to the heads and specialists of pre-school establishments was prepared together with the Minsk City Executive Committee and was lectured by Aleksandr Svirsky, the head of the Pediatric Surgery Department of the Children’s Surgery National Applied Research Hospital, Candidate of Medicine, Associate Professor, and Tatyana Gnedko, the head of the laboratory of clinical neonatology, rehabilitation of newborn babies and infants of Mother and Child National Applied Research Hospital, Candidate of Medicine, Associate Professor.
