The outpatient department specializes in counseling children from 0 to 18 years old with congenital heart defects and complex cardiac arrhythmias. About 8000 consultations are carried out annually by the staff of the department.
Scheduled consultation is carried out from 9.00 to 15.00. for a full consultation, examinations are required in accordance with the list of documents.

Department staff
The medical staff of the consulting and polyclinic department is represented by highly qualified specialists who provide advisory and diagnostic assistance to children with CHD, complex LDC and conduction in making a final diagnosis, choosing tactics and timing of surgical treatment, and selecting drug therapy for children with severe chronic forms of arrhythmias. After surgical treatment, our specialists conduct consultations in order to clarify further patient management tactics. The staff of the department regularly attend various international congresses and symposiums on pediatric cardiac surgery, cardiology and arrhythmology, and also maintain close contact with their numerous colleagues from clinics near and far abroad.

Provision of consultative and diagnostic assistance to patients from 0 to 18 years
of age with congenital and acquired heart defects, cardiovascular diseases requiring surgical treatment.
Providing consultative and diagnostic assistance to patients over the age of 18
with complex CHD requiring surgical treatment.
Conducting the full range of ultrasound and functional research methods:
Echocardiography, ECG, Holter monitoring, Daily blood pressure monitoring, TE EEH, Treadmill Test, functional and pharmacological (anapriline, atropine and adrenaline) ECG samples, implantation of an event ECG monitor.
Providing consultative and diagnostic assistance to patients from 0 to 18 years of age with cardiac arrhythmias and conduction disorders:
Paroxysmal, continuously recurrent and chronic tachycardia, chronic clinically significant extrasystole — in order to select children for interventional treatment of arrhythmia.
Syncopal conditions in order to select children with channelopathy for implantation of a cardioverter defibrillator.
Bradyarrhythmias in order to select children for implantation of a pacemaker.
Selection of children from 12 to 18 years
of age with implanted ECS and the threat of development of stimulation dilation CMC for resynchronization therapy (implantation of CRT—P)
Dynamic follow-up of operated patients aged 0-18 years
with congenital and acquired heart defects, LDC.
