Sula Interactive History Park Museum December 3 hosted guests from the Children’s Surgical Center.
The medics got acquainted with the museum of megalithic culture and visited the site of Slavic cultures. Especially impressed hall of noblemen’s glory, the gallery of coats of arms, armory forge and pottery workshop. There was also an interest in the herbal medicine cabinet.

Plenary reports of chief visiting specialists of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus highlighted acheivements and development trends of pediatric surgery and cardiac surgery in our country.
For the first time in CIS-countries Damus-Rastelli Procedure was performed in a three months old baby at the Children’s Surgery National Applied Research Hospital. The procedure is an extremely complicated correction of left heart hypoplastic. This surgery is being performed onlly at several cardiac surgical clinics in the world.
The surgery lasted 14 hours.

The Children’s Surgery National Applied Research Hospital participated in the events and exhibition of the First Forum of Belarus and Ukraine Regions which took place in Gomel on 25-26 October, 2018.
