Extracorporeal circulation department
The department is engaged in artificial circulation during scheduled and emergency operations in patients of various age groups (including children and newborns) with congenital heart and vascular malformations. The department performs connection of extracorporeal membrane oxygenation in severe forms of cardiovascular and respiratory diseases, left/right ventricular bypass devices with further management of patients with these devices.

The department staff performs renal replacement therapy using dialysis equipment and sorption methods of blood purification.
Every year in our department we perform about 300 extracorporeal procedures on children with congenital heart and vascular malformations and other malformations.
