Clinical residency

To participate in the competition for training in clinical residency, specialist doctors submit the following documents:

• personal personnel record sheet;
• autobiography;
• a copy of the education document confirming the receipt of higher education in the field of education “Healthcare”, or a document of a foreign state recognized in accordance with the procedure established by law on the education received and its appendices;
• a copy of the certificate of recognition of the document on education issued in a foreign country and the establishment of its equivalence (compliance) with the document on education of the Republic of Belarus (if necessary); a copy of the certificate of internship (internship); a copy of the document on the availability of a qualification category (if available);
• an extract (copy) from the work record and (or) other documents confirming the length of service as a specialist doctor (if available);
• a copy of the national diploma of candidate of sciences, national diploma of Doctor of Sciences or documents of a foreign state equivalent to them in accordance with the procedure established by law on awarding an academic degree (if available);
• a copy of the self-employment certificate (if available);
• three 3 x 4 cm color photographs;
• medical certificate of health status;
• a copy of the identity document;
• a copy of the document confirming the right to stay in the territory of the Republic of Belarus (for foreign citizens);
• copies of other documents confirming the preferential right to admission for training in clinical residency.
• The documents provided for in paragraphs four to seven, nine, ten, thirteen to fifteen of part one of this paragraph, for verification of the data contained therein, shall be submitted with simultaneous presentation of the originals of the relevant documents.

Additionally, the admission (competition) commission is provided with:

• the direction of the employer, who is a budget organization (if any);
• the conclusion of the medical rehabilitation expert commission (in the presence of disability) or the conclusion of the medical advisory commission on the presence of contraindications to work in the previously acquired specialty and assigned qualifications.
